Suppliers are encouraged to propose sessions, but the core of each presentation must feature property managers. Each vendor-led session must integrate the expertise of two clients, ensuring an authentic exchange of frontline strategies.

to submit your proposal
How long are the sessions?
All proposed sessions must be between 30-45 minutes total in duration.
When will I hear back about my application?
All submissions will be carefully reviewed by our expert panel. If your proposal is shortlisted, you will hear from us by Mar 15, 2024.
Are complimentary tickets included?
Speakers may be eligible for complimentary tickets to attend the SCALE Show 2024 in Barcelona, however all presenters are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

In general, we accept proposals until April 15th. But hey, we always looking forward to receiving great proposals, so after this date, you can submit a proposal by visiting our general call for speaker page.
